The fact of the matter is that winter gives us a chance to let ourselves go, hide a multitude of body sins under layers of clothes and generally eat more comfort food than we would usually do. What happens then is that summer comes around, quicker than we expect and people expect us to wear bikinis or shorts and t-shirts. Whilst it is probably only a small amount of weight that most of have put on, it is enough to knock our confidence. This dent in the way we feel about ourselves is enough to put us off wearing the clothes that we want.</p>
<p>Now that summer is fast approaching it is worth stepping up our work out routine and tone up our bodies. Truth is a few simple exercises should help to tone up our bodies enough to give us back our confidence. Take a look in the mirror and see which part of your body looks like it needs the most work.
