Modern women want a certain type of man – They want some one strong and eager. They basically want some one that they know will look after them, a type of go-getter it could be said. The best way to do this is to adjust how to approach women. It is probably about getting the right blend of confidence and down-to-earthness that works best. Although confidence is a great thing to have and it is what women respond too most, having too much can just make you seem cocky and have the wrong affect.

Modern women are complicated creatures so it is hard to put down a blanket rule on exactly how to approach them. Making eye contact and smiling before you even get as far as approaching them is a good one. If they smile back you can usually gauge if they are interested and then make your move. Try and make a comment about the place you are – whether it’s a band you are seeing that are good, or the queue to the bar is really long. This will start a conversation and you can then start to build on that from there.
