April 12, 2010. Charlotte Church, the Welsh singer, is learning karate to stay fit. The karate classes for Charlotte are being held in a secret SAS training hideout.

24-year-old Church is learning martial arts in order to keep herself as fit as Gavin Henson, her rugby star boyfriend.

One of her friends said that Charlotte is learning jujitsu, karate and also boxercise lessons. This is not a soft exercise, but she insists on hardcore regime.

The friend also revealed that usually, people do it just for fun, but Charlotte is really serious about it and taking it to the extremes.

A mother of two kids, Dexter and Ruby, goes for the exercise sessions at least 3 times in a week. She leaves her 1.5 million pounds mansion in Vale of Glamorgan to mountain hideout where SAS trains for Iraq and Afghanistan.

The trainer of Charlotte is an expert in martial arts. He was a part of the Parachute Regiment and French Foreign Legion. Again, he stayed in Africa for 5 years.

The friend said that Charlotte is not a pampered star, but she is really tough. Charlotte revealed her new figure a month ago and is also spotted training in the Cardiff Park.
