Bret Michaels the hunky front man for Poison and currently appearing on the Celebrity Apprentice left fans disappointed and worried at the same time when he would be unable to show up for his sold out concert in San Antonio, Texas.

After what was called as hours of throwing up and continuous pain he was taken to the hospital where doctors did blood work and a CAT scan to confirm that he needed an immediate appendectomy to remove a close to reputing appendix.  He thought it was just flu and had planned to go on with the show but later glad he went against his gut and went to the ER as recommended. He is now recovering fine but could have turned out much worse for Bret Michaels if he would have went on with the show.

After being realized he didn’t waste time to flock to his computer to let fans know how sorry he is that the concert didn’t go as planned and that even though he is still in pain he is recovering. It may take as long as six weeks for him to fully recover do to him also being diabetic. He is enjoying his favorite episodes of Modern Family to help pass the time.
